Service Description
Ground yourself through clay and reconnect to your senses. This class combines simple pottery techniques with mindful practices to help you slow down, breathe, and ground yourself. No prior clay experience is needed—you’ll be guided step by step as you create your own pottery piece while practicing mindfulness tools you can carry with you beyond the studio. This class is perfect for the everyday hobbyist or more serious artists. We will explore the fundamentals of pottery wheel and beyond! Takes place every week on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. All supplies are included in price; you do not need to bring any additional items to class unless you would like to wear a personal apron or bring along hand towels. There is additional time on Saturdays from 1:30-4pm where students can use the studio independently to work on pieces. ** All payments are final. We do not give refunds for booked classes unless there is a mistake on our end.
